If you have an urgent query regarding Sage 200 or Line100 we are pleased to offer free to help solve the problem.
We are unable to refer the query back to Sage on your behalf unless
your company is linked to us as your Business Partner. So whilst we
have extensive knowledge of Both Sage 200 and Line 100, if the problem
is complex or Software/Upgrades are required
to resolve the issue, you will have to either refer it back to your
existing Business Partner or transfer the link for the account.
Sage Remote Connection Support
Remote support is quicker and more cost effective than having an engineer visit for onsite training. We connect via Logmeinrescue details can be found on here but its simple and easy to use. We need permission from your IT support for remote connections, and most importantly, its safe and secure.
Telephone Support Contracts

Clients with 4 user financial systems are typically being charged £1500 per year for SALP and Telephone support. Our charge for SALP would be £600 and support as required (min £200 block purchase/year)
The block purchase of £200 gets you 5 hours or 10 incidents (whichever comes first) if you need more, just buy 2 incidents or 1 hour for £40. See full details of terms and conditions.
We can do sage upgrades and sage online support
in the same way as well as training. If onsite
time is required, separate charges apply depending on area and assistance
type required. We will be pleased to quote for individual requirements.
